The company I work for wants to update their site. From what I¡¯ve researched purchasing either of the above programs will help me get something up sooner than straight coding and with a better result than using Microdevil¡¯s  FrontPage. Really this has been answered many times. It really doesn't matter what you use as long as you know HTML and CSS. Web design is not print design knowing just software doesn't cut it.
