If you buy from a seller with 0 feedbacks, you need to be very careful. Fraud exists everywhere, online or offline. If you buy from an online store, please make sure the store looks very professional and credible.

For most of your shopping, you don't need to pay the otherwise very expensive sales tax. You may need to pay the shipping though. But most of the time, the shipping cost less than the tax.

Not only that it¡¯s pretty pointless to have a spar of words when so many people in this forum already know our intentions. I think the general consensus is we don¡¯t shut down new designers and we do help but this is no attempt to justify us.

They make you dependent on proprietary software to both manage and build your sites, when html, css, etc, can be just as easily edited with a nice text editor. The result is cleaner, more portable code, and a far stronger understanding of what you are doing. This is were am i heading with the type layout design. The middle is going to be a frame and the type doc. page will load into the window. Any type that breaks the edge of bottom frame will be scrollable.

I also modified the banners somewhat. Since the page has been created at 800 x 600 pix the whole thing will be visable at once. There for, i figure the contact in bold at bottom sticks out quite well and works with the design.

The type is there for layout purposes only. There are many grammer errors exist which are irrelevent at this time.

Overall I agree with Ulysses. But your navigation bar starts of lined up with that grey bar over the white box and then continues on to float into nothingness (It looked like it was supported by the grey bar and then, weee we're floating in space!).

You might also play around with your grid a bit more and get more things lining up (i.e. "donate" button gets hacked in two by the vertical line below it) things like that.

Also, not sure if the body type should be serif as everything else is san-serif. You probably also have to make the text at least 12 pts. (it might be I just can't tell cause its a reduced picture) for the old people (sigh. ruining all the fun with small text).

Another advantage is the products can be exposed to a large number of potential customers. Suppose you live in a town with 10,000 people. This is not very small town in the US. You have something to sell but within the 10,000 people, only 0.01% people may be interested in your product.

Later, this customer will "probably be able to buy a single suite of tools from Adobe, resulting in significant cost savings." The company I work for wants to update their site. From what I¡¯ve researched purchasing either of the above programs will help me get something up sooner than straight coding and with a better result than using Microdevil¡¯s  FrontPage. As far as a learning curve is concerned, which would you recommend? Please discuss interface and editing in your responses.

Dream weaver may eventually be "forced to do things slightly different" as Adobe modifies the application conform to its interface standards, but NPD expects Adobe will ¡°reduce the pain¡± for the Dream weaver customer by offering Quark XPress keyboard shortcuts and more.

GoLive customers may see the product sold to another vendor, according to NPD. Not only would Dream weaver replace GoLive as Adobe's Web site creation package, but FTC regulations will likely require the sale of GoLive. "While future versions of GoLive will no doubt still be appealing to designers, the eventual integration of Dream weaver with other Adobe programs, not to mention Dream weaver¡¯s inclusion in future versions of Creative Suite, will entice many users to make the switch."
