Since more and more people are having their own sites. Not everybody would like to run a server. Actually it is not necessary to run a server for a business. Most online businesses have their store hosted in web hosting companies.

The web is different from the internet. Internet is the physical network of the computers. The web is the site and pages where people can visit and view to gain information or perform activities.

I also modified the banners somewhat. Since the page has been created at 800 x 600 pix the whole thing will be visable at once. There for, i figure the contact in bold at bottom sticks out quite well and works with the design.

With the internet growing, we can do almost everything online. Has grandma been online yet? Probably yes. Grandma now can shopping online, playing games online or even date online.

Having a good design is important for a store. When people are pleased with the looking of the stores, they are more likely to buy. But good design is not essential for a business. The most important part is good products and services.

If you buy from a seller with 0 feedbacks, you need to be very careful. Fraud exists everywhere, online or offline. If you buy from an online store, please make sure the store looks very professional and credible.

I didn't realize that Adobe was going to kill GoLive. I assumed they¡¯d keep the products separate to make more money. I¡¯m glad that only one will survive because, I¡¯m sure, in an effort to cut costs both products would suffer w/o the competition to make them better.

Not only would Dream weaver replace GoLive as Adobe's Web site creation package, but FTC regulations will likely require the sale of GoLive. "While future versions of GoLive will no doubt still be appealing to designers, the eventual integration of Dream weaver with other Adobe programs, not to mention Dream weaver¡¯s inclusion in future versions of Creative Suite, will entice many users to make the switch."

They make you dependent on proprietary software to both manage and build your sites, when html, css, etc, can be just as easily edited with a nice text editor. The result is cleaner, more portable code, and a far stronger understanding of what you are doing. I have become a much better webmaster and designer since I stopped depending on the software to do it for me.

When considering a web hosting, a few things is important. No.1 is the reliability. Some hosting companies are not reliable. The might deleted your store without notification someday. And you might lost your business. The second is the speed. If the server is slow, it will drive your customers mad and they will not buy.
