Frequently asked questions
- Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we are now using Paypal, which is a secure merchant account
system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the
money into our paypal account without anyone even seeing your credit card number
or information. In additional, Paypal will generate
a receipt for your order as a third party.
- How will my product be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped via USPS first class or international air mail in a tube since it's the cheapest. Upon request,
we can also send it to you via Fedex, UPS or other services.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
0-2 business days for Chinese calligraphy works delivered via email. For other
products,
3-7 business days after you place you order for continent US customers. It
might take longer for international orders.
- What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange
it, simply email us at
calligraphy@wavedancing.net . Make sure your subject line reads "returned item"
and we will contact you within 24-48 hours and take care of your return. Note:
In order for your return or exchange to be honored we must receive an email
from you in 7 business days after you receive your order.
- Do you take international orders?
Yes. But the shipping may cost up to a little more.
