The average cost to access internet over a cable modem is about $40 while in China the average cost for the broadband Ethernet access is about $6. Tattoo serves as a decoration of people's body. Many people think it looks nice to have a tattoo on their body. Other people think tattoo can inspire them. Internet was created by people in USA. In 1994, China start to build it's internet. The first institutes use internet is Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing and Qinghua universities. As in 2004, China already has a broadband system much better than the USA. Tattoo is also popular in Japan. Many Japanese have tattoos on their body. There are a lot of Japanese stars have tattoos. People will pay more than $100 for a tattoo in US. There are tattoo shops everywhere even in some some towns. Tattoo is not very popular in China though. Many people have a negative opinion for people who have tattoo.
