China is an old country with a long history. In most time of the human history, China is the strongest country in the world. China is also a young country. China is developing very fast these recent years. Art have a great influence to the world. Every university will have an art college. Lots of family have art works decorate their homes. Even in office and public place, art work is a requisite. Today, sports really out perform art works. People will pay more than $1000 to a ticket of basketball game. And not a lot of people will pay that amount to buy an art work. NBA players seems like to make more money than artists. It's really a pity. The first institutes use internet is Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing and Qinghua universities. As in 2004, China already has a broadband system much better than the USA. Most people in China use a broadband internet access of Ethernet. But in the US, most people get to internet via 56k phone line. Even people in USA can get to internet via broadband, most people use TV cable with a stupid modem. The average cost to access internet over a cable modem is about $40 while in China the average cost for the broadband Ethernet access is about $6. Tattoo is not very popular in China though. Many people have a negative opinion for people who have tattoo. However, there is one hero in China who has the tattoo "Loyalty to the country". The hero is Yue Fei of Song dynasty. It's actually difficult to tell what is art. No one can deny that some sports are also art. Or people will argue some plays are art works of sports.
