Stationary gift set

It's hard to give a stationary gift set. Because it's hard to find what somebody else really like. And it's even harder to find someone likes and don't cost you a fortune.

Chinese people sometimes like to give expensive stationary gift sets. Chinese people think the more expensive stationary gift set they give, the more they care. That's actually not a good habit. A great stationary gift set should be expressing your thought and not costing a fortune.

I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

Chinese calligraphy come from writing Chinese characters. The Chinese characters come from the painting. At the very beginning, people have an intuition about writing Chinese characters well.

One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.

The greatest Chinese calligrapher Wang Xizhi improved his calligraphy a lot after he traveled from south part of China to the north. He said later that it is kind of waste of time to only study Mrs. Wei's calligraphy.

Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.

Chinese calligraphy is not just writing Chinese characters. It is not just writing Chinese well. It is not just writing Chinese characters beautifully.
