Catholic graduation gift

It's hard to give a catholic graduation gift. Because it's hard to find what somebody else really like. And it's even harder to find someone likes and don't cost you a fortune.

Chinese people sometimes like to give expensive catholic graduation gifts. Chinese people think the more expensive catholic graduation gift they give, the more they care. That's actually not a good habit. A great catholic graduation gift should be expressing your thought and not costing a fortune.

Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood:

I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.

Chinese calligraphy is not just writing Chinese characters. It is not just writing Chinese well. It is not just writing Chinese characters beautifully.

The greatest Chinese calligrapher Wang Xizhi improved his calligraphy a lot after he traveled from south part of China to the north. He said later that it is kind of waste of time to only study Mrs. Wei's calligraphy.

As an art work, Chinese calligraphy carries the calligrapher's mood and thoughts. You can really feel how the calligraphy felt when he was painting the art work.During the 4000 years of Chinese history, Chinese calligraphy is the sole of Chinese culture.

Chinese calligraphy come from writing Chinese characters. The Chinese characters come from the painting. At the very beginning, people have an intuition about writing Chinese characters well.

Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

Chinese calligraphy are different from other calligraphy works. Chinese calligraphy is painted by special calligraphy paper (Xuan paper), special brush and special ink.
